    Its a very deceptive company its ran by the young kids who have no idea how to treat truck drivers but they say your family here from the office to the shop you will have issues because they don't know how to talk to anybody professionally, good luck if you come here its in the middle of nowhere so good luck if you quit they won't help you at all or even talk to you once your leaving

    Worst company ever...they have no respect, but expect it given. They steal money from you, they don't pay out earned vac/ sick days/ they don't give raises 2023. Guy in office uses Trucking 101 and doesn't back driver's so he can get his bonus. Run Away....

    Worst company ever. Run away, Please dont waste your time. Office personnel and Dispatchers are very young little kids. And darn sure cant handle the job, It cost drivers to work here !

    Major turnover due to inexperienced kids run the show. Owner seems to feel that if the trucks are not moving it does not cost him anything so its a win win situation for them.

    Very unfair place to be employed at due to they only run certain drivers. Downtime is extremely above average. Dispatched out way too early then sit. Short compensation and so forth.

    Extreamly unorganized, that is the problem. Stans caters to only a few drivers. It has all become shorthaul runs. I average at 40 hours down time each week..... NO EXAGGERATION OR COMPASATION.
