    Racism still exists in this day and age. When you allow a Caucasian dispatcher to openly show favoritism to Caucasian employees, there becomes an issue.

    Working at TA dedicated on the Honda account is decent. Worked at the Davenport Iowa and Eagan Minnesota account for approximately 1 year on both accounts. Definitely would not recommend the TA dedicated account for no driver located in Delaware. Very bad experience there. Dispatch there tried to send me out my very first day with zero training. I'm not from the area, not even the state of deleware nor the surrounding area, was working as a temp from Texas. Definitely stay away from the chiquita account.
