I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and communication from this company. Despite facing a family emergency involving our child, management failed to respond or provide any assistance. If they cannot even respond during an emergency, it tells you all you need to know about the level of support during a regular weekend. It is evident that their weekends take precedence over supporting their drivers and their families. This lack of concern and responsiveness is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s values and priorities.

Was coming from French island to Onalaska. The valley driver was racing another vehicle. Wouldn’t let a few people merge. He just stayed camped in the right lane. So I thought. I’ll look them up and call or leave a email so the company knows. Not trying to be rude. Just simply to just let them know. So I called. And the guy was worse than the driver. To top it all off. He had a passenger in the vehicle. Way to keep it classy valley transport. This is a horrible company and I would rather die then get hauled around by them.

Truck number 1811 displaying this company‘s information on his gas tank was observed driving south of Denver in the left-hand lane going in excess of 90 miles an hour tailgating both passenger cars and other commercial vehicles within 2 to 3 feet of their tailgate until they moved out of his way. as another commercial driver, this is absolutely unacceptable. Like that, I’m becoming a professional driver and you will kill somebody if you get a new accident going that fast that close with the weight you were pulling.

Valley Transport is a great company to work with. Pete did a fantastic job organizing the backhoe load from WI to IL and the truck driver was very knowledgeable knowing how to run it and load it himself. Thank you ValleyTransport!!!
