Really bad place

I just wanted to come on here and let yall know yall have a absolute sweetheart working for yall. She was struggling with cutting the bolt seal on the trailer and come over to me and asked if I didnt mind helping. I said no problem darlin. I didn't catch her name but she drives truck 202410. Also she definitely can back no problem there. Just wanted to let yall know she's super nice and we need more drivers like her out here. Here at the behr paint distribution in McDonough ga. Keep up the good work. Im just here layed over waiting on my load.

Damaged property at drop and have been non-responsive in communication to correct issue. Has been over 3 months and still no resolution.

It’s always funny how people in the public are eager to report when a driver does wrong but they never report when a driver lets them in in standstill traffic or pulls over and help them with a flat tire or help him with gas or help him with directions drivers our drivers and will help but nobody ever reports that isn’t that funny just the negative gets reported 38 years on the road I don’t think anyone has ever called in to say that I let them in or help them with a flat tire or a mechanical problem with their car in a rest area nope but someone gets pissed off because you didn’t let them in or you got too close and watch the hell out
