REFUSED TO PAY TONU OR LAYOVER!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!Very unprofessional company to do business with.We booked a load with Ryan from Texas to Oklahoma with pickup on Thursday and delivery scheduled for Friday. When the driver arrived at the shipper and got loaded, the trailer was overweight. The driver returned to the shipper to have the freight reloaded, but by the time he got back the shipper was already closed, forcing us to wait until the next morning (Friday).The broker then informed us that the receiver would be closed over the weekend but still insisted that we continue with the load and wait until Monday for delivery. He offered only $150 per day for layover ($300 total), which does not even cover basic truck expenses.When I explained that the compensation would not cover the truck’s costs, the broker falsely claimed that the receiver would refuse to unload us if we did not agree. This turned out to be completely untrue the receiver unloaded the trailer without any issues.When I requested TONU or additional layover compensation, the broker responded aggressively and stated that neither TONU nor any additional layover would be paid.This is a horrible business practice and very dishonest communication. I strongly recommend avoiding doing business with this company.
