My bus driver was mean and rude to me on the bus do recommend this company it terrible 😑 .

I am writing to express my serious concerns about the driving conduct of TCT Inc.’s drivers and the company’s overall responsiveness to customer complaints. As a parent who regularly observes operations at my children’s school, I have personally experienced multiple concerning incidents that raise significant safety issues. On several occasions, your drivers have engaged in unsafe maneuvers, including cutting off other vehicles in traffic and rushing to position themselves ahead of others, only to then drive at unnecessarily slow speeds. These erratic behaviors disrupt the safe flow of school traffic and create hazardous conditions for students, parents, and other drivers in the area. Given that your company is entrusted with transporting passengers—including potentially children and other vulnerable individuals—these practices undermine public confidence in your services and highlight a need for improved driver training, supervision, and accountability. Beyond the operational issues on the road, attempts to resolve these matters directly with your company have been unsuccessful. Phone calls to your customer service line go unanswered, with the only option being to leave a voicemail for Human Resources. There is no indication that these messages are monitored or followed up on in any timely or meaningful way. I have also attempted to research ownership information for the company online, without success. I am aware that numerous other complaints about similar issues have been filed with the Better Business Bureau and other channels. Despite this volume of feedback, there appear to have been no substantive improvements, resolutions, or callbacks from your organization. This pattern suggests a systemic failure to address customer concerns and safety risks. I strongly urge TCT Inc to investigate these incidents promptly, review driver performance and protocols at school locations, and establish a reliable system for responding to complaints. The safety of families and the community depends on transportation providers maintaining high standards of professionalism and responsiveness. I request a written response to this complaint within 48 hours, including details of any corrective actions planned or implemented. Should these issues remain unaddressed, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities, local school district officials, and consumer protection agencies. Came speeding into the school parking lot and cut in front of all the other people waiting. Should be waiting where all the other shuttles for kids are. Reviews can’t get much worse here…

A white van was traveling toward Minneapolis on 94 at 7:20am this morning swerving literally everywhere and driving on the shoulder and in the other lanes for 2+ miles. I stayed back far enough because I knew something wasn’t right. The broadway exit was coming up (which was also my exit) and the driver clearly was going to miss their exit. They tried to make it while still traveling at a high rate of speed not paying attention to the road and went right through the exit signs and went airborne over the median because she was going so fast and crashed into the ground and went up on the other side on the hill. So much dirt and debris flew in the air and hit my car. Thank goodness my car wasn’t damaged that I can see. The girl driving was still texting and driving/talking on the before she even put the car in park after totaling it and flying over a median and almost killing me. I had to call 911 and the poor girl was in hysterics trying to get the car out of the way but I'm so confused how she didn’t see the entire elevated median with signs and grass and how her car even got as much height off the ground as it did. I’m 7 months pregnant and if I would’ve been even a 100 more feet up the road I really don’t want to know what could’ve happened.

Very rude management

I don’t personally use this company, however, they are WAY more professional that MTN Transportation and their drivers are American and are a lot more safe on the road.

A few of their drivers are rude and don't care about others around them. They act like they are Intitled. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them.

Rude unprofessional management who don't listen to your concerns and hang up on you like a kid. They have no experience with special needs kids, so just find another company. They don't listen to the parents. I hate this company with a passion.
