I brought my trailer in because the left turn signal stopped working while I was passing through town. I was told it would be “a couple hundred dollars” to fix, then revised to about $1,100, which I agreed to. When I came back a few hours later, they had rewired the entire trailer without my permission and only hooked up the brakes and tail lights. They claimed my trailer was “a mess” and now the bill was $1,100 and climbing. I made it clear the running lights must work (it’s required). Instead of repairing the existing, working lights, they installed all new lights without asking me. The price suddenly jumped to $2,500 — more than double what I agreed to. I never authorized a full rewire or replacement lights. Worse, they left the trailer in unsafe condition: exposed wires inside and out, loose flooring, D‑rings half-installed with missing bolts, the electric jack disconnected, and the breakaway system/wires left unusable. My breakaway brakes weren’t even connected. When I refused to pay for unauthorized work and said I would pay the $1,100 we agreed on, they told me I couldn’t take my trailer without paying $2,500 in full. The situation escalated — the employee grabbed my arm multiple times and tried to prevent me from leaving. I had to call the police, and it took about two hours before I was allowed to go. Being physically stopped and having my property held felt like false imprisonment. This shop performed unauthorized work, inflated the bill, created safety hazards, and then tried to hold me and my trailer until I paid for charges I never approved. I’m disputing the bill and have retained an attorney. For your safety, your wallet, and your peace of mind, take your business elsewhere.

just called to let them know a trucker’s tires were smoking pretty bad from rubbing, spoke to a woman on the phone. just wanted to say i’m sorry i wasn’t swearing in an angry way, i just didn’t want one of your trucks to break down or have a delay and wasn’t processing words right. sorry ma’am

These guys do an awesome job! Scott is really helpful and knowledgeable!! The drivers are always helpful and good to work with unloading even when we had difficulty getting machinery started or unloaded!! Also low prices for the quality of work they do! They’ve hauled a few loads for us and hopefully many more! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks to all the Wagner crew!!

Worst, most dangerous semi driver we have ever seen. Called 911 to report him. Hauling John Deere oversized tractors on I70 out of Columbus, OH. Driver should have his CDL revoked and spend some time behind bars.
