I am writing to formally report a serious safety incident involving one of your drivers. Earlier today, one of your company vehicles almost struck my truck. Fortunately, I was able to slam on my brakes and avoid a collision. This situation was incredibly dangerous, especially considering that I am a commercial driver carrying hazardous materials (nitrogen). Following the incident, I called your office to report what happened. However, once I asked to be transferred to the safety department, the woman who answered the phone hung up on me. After looking online, I was alarmed to read numerous comments from others detailing similar experiences with your drivers, as well as information regarding multiple lawsuits against your company. It is completely unacceptable that a safety report is dismissed in this manner, and it is clear that your drivers require proper training. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and reviewed by your safety department immediately.
