I can't believe such terrible service! I am assuming they kept my shipment! It was picked up in the 10th of August and I paid a pickup fee of $1734.50. I've called and been told it could take up 21 days to receive it! Not included weekends. The person I spoke to didn't have a clue what I was asking about! I was on hold for 10 minutes! Just that somewhere in Colorado my belongings are being stored until they decide to have a truck drive them here to California!? Oh Please! What a bunch of scamers and crooks! The things my Mother left me when she crossed over, I assume are gone! 😢

I had initially reserved a move with New Start Relocation, I was not aware in the beginning that they were only a moving broker as I was never informed. I went room by room and told the agent the items that needed to be moved, I was initially quoted $6000 for 1000 cu ft to move our belongings 900 miles. I was then told I needed to pay $2700 upfront, but I specifically asked if I would be charged more at time of pickup and the agent insisted I wouldn’t be. 1 week prior to moving another rep called to go over all our belongings again, the first rep did not list any of the items correctly and once I corrected the item list with the new rep I was then told it would be another $2400 on top of the $6000 I was already quoted, by this point my deposit was already nine refundable and then the rep asked for an additional $2400 upfront to keep the reservation. Day of move I was told the movers would be there between 10am-2pm. 2pm came and went and no one showed up, I called and was told it would be 6pm. The movers didn’t show up until 830pm and showed up in a U-Haul truck. The gentleman that showed up stated he was with All Seasons Logistics and was hired by new start relocation to do the move. They were there for over 3 hours. After our belongings were in the truck i was told I needed to pay another $2200 but then they added an additional $300 to the charge because of our piano, which I had told the rep on the original call about the piano but was still charged additional money for it. They refused to take a credit card so I was forced to Venmo them money. The mover then told me our stuff would be taken to a storage facility for the weekend and then put on the next semi to head to our new state Monday. Shortly after they moved I noticed that money was stolen out of one of my son’s nightstands that I had moved and told them not to touch. 6 days went by and I never heard from the moving company so I called to find out when our belongings would be delivered, the driver called me the following day and let me know they would be there Friday but informed me it would be an additional $1200 because a semi wouldn’t be able to access our home, I disagreed as the road infront of our home would accommodate a semi, as would our 2nd driveway. I spoke with him, all seasons logistics, as well as new start relocation and basically was told I was SOL and the only way we would get our belongings was if I paid them an additional $1200 on top of the $2400 that was required at time of drop off. When they did finally show up he refused to unload the truck without CASH payment of $3600 upfront. Once all the belongings were unloaded I immediately noticed 1 dresser was completely damaged, then 2 dressers had cosmetic damage. I tried to show the driver and all he told me was call corporate. I then called corporate but it was the weekend so they refused. Ince everything was unpacked I noticed more broken items, 2 dresses that are less than 9 months old now don’t properly work and I can barely open 2 drawers, 2 expensive dressers have chunks missing, 1 desk is broken and another dresser had the bottom of the drawer punctured and has a hole in it. We were never reimbursed any money for the damages that they caused. After everything it cost us over $9,000 to move our things and we were quoted $5909. What they did is considered predatory, they listed a lower number to get the business and then once the deposit can’t be refunded they charge additional money, and to top it off once they have possession of your belongings they charge even more. NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE EITHER OF THE COMPANIES THAT I LISTED TO MOVE YOUR BELONGINGS.

I contracted Moving Solutions for a move, then All Seasons took over. While I accurately described the move, and then, after the cancellation period, they asked for further information, charged us more money. At that point, we were already out $1k, so we paid for the extra. Then, after surveying the house and moving half of our things, the movers abruptly stopped—while in possession of our things—and insisted on even more money. I desperately tried to call for clarification and they repeatedly hung up on me—eight total times. They then took THREE WEEKS to actually get our stuff to us even after we paid their extortion and in spite of carefully measuring all of the boxes and bags on the staging area to make sure it would fit. In addition, they were repeatedly rude and condescending, though my major worry was in fact that they *had our stuff* and couldn’t be contacted for WEEKS. The absolute worst moving experience of my life and I have moved at least a dozen times. It felt like being shaken down by the mob.

Was quoted a price of $3200 initially, and ended up having to pay over $10,000 and was made to sign paperwork before they would give me my belongings or even allow me to inspect them. Many items were broken due to squashing more on truck than it could hold...my expensive king mattress was strapped to the outside of truck. Also, it took them 30 days to deliver! There is so much more to say, so I will just leave this here

1/6/25. This is the worst company possible to move your household goods. I originally contracted with AmeriSafe to move from Colorado to California. They contracted out to the this company and it has been a nightmare. We still don't have our items that were picked up 12/20/25 and no idea from them when they will be delivered. I would advise not to use AmeriSafe unless you know who they are contracting out to. They charged ma an additional 3,400 on top of the estimate even though I knew the cubic feet of the contents they would be moving. They will probably charge me for storage now because we couldn't take delivery on Christmas day. And who knows what shape things will be in when it gets here. I am more displeased than I can write into words and frustrated beyond measure.

If you're planning on using these guys to help you move please take my advice and either higher random strangers off the street or sell everything you have and then just rebuy it all again. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a professional company. The guys they had load our stuff were extremely unprofessional, they aggressively threw our stuff in the trailer with no regards to anything being protected. They were almost a month late delivering our stuff to our new home which was 1000 miles away, so we had to live off what we were able to fit in our personal vehicles until they showed up. Almost everything of value was broken or damaged. We tried getting compensation for the damaged products like a $10,000 8K 80-in TV that the screen was damaged on and their resolution was to give us a 80.00 reimbursement!!! I cannot emphasize this enough do not use this company. They are extremely unprofessional and have no concern for your personal items

The drivers squeeze more money out of you as often as they can and when you are in a compromised position. It cost me almost $4000 more than expected not counting the many items that were broken, and the $60 offered to sign off on an insurance claim is a joke as is their process of reviewing claims. I was given false information about where my items were at 1 point and one staff person wanted to tie my delivery to a promise of a good review. There is no integrity that I see with this company, and no skill. In the unloading, they ruined the floors in my new place. Hiring them through AmeriSafe Movers (a brokerage company) was one of the biggest mistakes of my life.

We had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. The price doubled what we we're told. Northern Movers was our broker , we talked to Matt, he didn't write half of the things we were moving. We moved to Oklahoma and had to wait for our furniture. When they arrived the driver they hired didn't know how to back the truck. Most of our stuff was DAMAGED OR BROKEN!!!! We're WE'RE MISSING TOTES!!! IF I COULD GIVE A O STAR I WOULD.

They clearly have 1 star for a reason. This company is a scam and the drivers they use demand more money constantly! They demanded $500 after weeks of not telling us where our stuff was. Apparently they dont keep in contact with their drivers or give a care at all about their customers or belongings. I highly highly highly recommend finding a more ethical establishment to do business with. These people at this company and the people they higher are all super shady and absolutely will do all they can to scam you out of every penny you have. Do not trust them!!!

The only good thing I can say about this company is that the woman who you speak to is a kind human. The company is terrible at communicating delivery pick up or drop off. About 90% of the time, I was the one reaching out for updates, only to be told 3 projected delivery dates in a row that it wasn’t going to happen that day. After the delivery driver HIT a bridge, I didn’t find out until well after it happened. For 9 days, I’ve waited for an update for delivery and for the condition of my furniture. Today…which is the LAST day of original delivery window — again, they changed the delivery date THREE times — I finally received a call that the driver would be there between 6-7 pm but would give notice. No notice given, but showed at 6:50 pm. $120 ‘discount’ out of a grossly price gouged $3800 bill. The little fees that pop up as they are literally loading your belongings at the point of origin is frustrating. Literally….loading all the wrapped furniture and the estimate grows and grows. Lack of transparency, lack of clear communication, hidden fees, reckless driving. I’m disappointed that Safe Ship sub-contracted out to this company.
