A good facility

I'm a retired psychologist and mandated reporter I'm white I temporarily reside in inwood ny. It seems that everything i book a trip with access a ride and all transit picks up the trip they don't even bother coming out to pick me up because I'm white yesterday was the straw that broke the camel back. They put me down as a no show when they are the no show I have traveled with access a ride for 15 tears in brooklyn without incident w h en I came to prejudice and bigoted inwood this is happening. I sit right outside where I can see when the vehicle comes but there's never a vehicle that comes. Brooklyn based access a ride company are professional knowledgeable courteous but when you get a company like all transit who only wants to pick up black people instead of white people this is outright prejudices and bigoted attitude. When you call the all transit dispatcher he's just as rude as his drivers. One last item. I was a hate crime victim in brooklyn and a black agency run by a black woman from cidny stranded me here in inwood thought it was funny to re victimize me even further and then comes along all transit who jumps on the bandwagon to do it too I am definitely not a predijudice person because I truly believe in karma. What you do to people on earth the lord will make you accountable when he takes you home permanently. Everytime all transit picks my ride up and doesn't appear because there a no show it's duly recorded. I have several of their drivers who are bigoted on footage and when we go to court the footage will role. Brooklyn based access a ride company are magnificent their drivers are wonderful but I can't say that about the company in inwood ny.

They are the worst The dispatch yells, leaves people stranded, lies and says they can't come to terminal A at LGA when you specifically tell them it is possible. They make access a ride look bad and instead of actually helping they just close ranks. Sad situation for a supposed service for the disabled
