Altec Industries INC

This is ok?

Great company!

An extraordinary company

I called about the used equipment website. I called the Birmingham location number and Kathryn answered. I started to ask about the used trucks and she hung up on me mid sentence. Surprised. She could have simply directed me to the correct contact.

The men walked behind my house without letting anyone know. Right behind my house where I have an open window and was a smart a when I asked what they were doing.

We were charged $950 for an inspection, the price was not given in advance, they cut one of our lines and were supposed to give us a quote to repair. Have emailed multiple times with zero response.

Bought one new, the paint fell off the truck.

Don't bother ordering from this company.  I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, never received the product.  Called today and then said a promise ship date is still 2 weeks out.  I didnt know it would take a month to get some pole saw blades.  It was never made clear this wasnt to ship when I ordered.  They had no problem taking money from my account, let's see when it gets put back.  Order 6662566

7/19/2018 I was at the southside library finishing admissions for college and applying for jobs around lunch time, when I was crossing the street, with the right of way as a pedestrian the Altec Utilitiy company huge truck almost hit me walking.. this traffic is getting out of hand...no respect for people walking or trying to do something....seems to me they stop or yield for who they want...when they want...
