Lousy I called 3 days in a roll toget reserv for anthem Am logistics now told Sunday that for my wed appt which I need trans for I have to callback Mon & by then I it will be less than 48 hrs so might not get trans !!! Get this 5/30 guy went north to Barstow when he was already late to take me to Loma Linda by San Bernardino he drives back to my town and it’s my appt x and still needed 1-1/2 hrs to get to my spot of course my drs ofc Canceled me now I can’t get trans for the the new rescheduled appt? Close up this business or ins commission hanger involved Medicare shouldnt be allowing this co another storru I could I was left stranded in palm area if ca by these people ! I’m disabled! They dont care and I bet never wrote those two up

Don’t take this brokers seriously! especially “Jash” because they doing debate with the loads and westing your time so you’ll end up with out a load till the end of fishing a loads if you trust them and wait. King of freight or America logistics group. They are working together

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a logistical nightmare, punctuated by the most abysmal communication I have ever encountered in this industry. To start, there was no appointment at the receiver set for my shipment, leaving my driver stranded at the receiver location without any resolution. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone, we were met with silence or vague, unhelpful responses that did nothing to address the issue. For a company claiming to handle logistics, their lack of urgency and responsibility is astonishing. The series of emails exchanged is a testament to their incompetence. Multiple inquiries went unanswered, forcing me to escalate the matter myself. Even when they finally responded, their tone was dismissive, as if my business was a nuisance rather than their lifeblood. They even had the audacity to imply that I was at fault for their clear inability to provide timely information or solutions. The cherry on top was their failure to provide a proper detention policy when delays were entirely their fault. In summary, this company is a disaster. If you value your time, money, or reputation, avoid them at all costs. There are plenty of professional logistics providers out there who actually understand the meaning of customer service. American Logistics Inc. is not one of them.

I don't know where to begin i thought saferide was bad they're worst. I scheduled a ride home from an appointment and they had me waiting two and a half hours. It wasn't a will call i scheduled a pickup time and first they lied and said they would text me in five to ten minutes which never happened. I ended up waiting twi and a half hours after calling my insurance company i finally gi4 someone to come pick me up. I wish these companies would quit getting these transportation companies and just let the patuent call the transportation directly. They dont listen and dont give the right information to the drivers.this medical transportation company is failing patients and yet they dont do anything to help us.

Do yourself a favor and do NOT go here terrible business.
