Where to I start?? Lol well they charged me $500 because the ELD kept coming unplugged.later found out that the last driver quit and broke the locking pin for the telephone looking wire plug and ran home. So I get in it and every bump in the road it would unplug itself. So I taped it thinking it was secure. Then come to find out it wasnt even registered to the trucks modem.i called samsura repeatedly. Told Mike that we had to be there when the tech showed up but we can't stay and wait we gotta load. Then the dispatch is like a revolving door. Can't understand the Albanian language and the more new they were the worse the accent. Started out nice people. Then later they really showed they're colors. So I had to go. Left truck clean and still waited for my last check minus $500 cuz of they're ELD Problems. They should've named it "KAREN Transport" Instead. Was like trying to break up with a bad girlfriend. 21 yrs O.T.R. driving large cars hauling produce. Never have I seen anything like this group. Steer clear if here. You'll only see the inside of they're truck or they're shop and shipping receiving dock's.. that's about it.. WASTE IF TIME..
