Aries Transportation Services INC

Great drivers

Worst transportation service we have ever worked with. My patient was picked up over 3 hours later and he was a frail diabetic and disabled veteran.

Have to have the worst drivers in all of WNY. Do you guys go out of your way to find the worst drivers on the roads to work for you? It’s impressive how aggressively and terribly the drivers are.

No phone calls back or emails. Def poor business here

The worst! 1/2/24 I was sent home from hospital in an Aries wheelchair van from Buff. General to NT. Driver argued with his dispatch over the phone the whole ride. Got to my home, arguing continued over dispatch wanting him to work longer that evening, it was already 9:30 pm. I was freezing on my back deck, no shoes a sweatshirt, no coat just to finally be told the wheelchair is to wide. Thankfully the guy from the oxygen place was there at the same time, so he got my wheelchair from inside, helped me transfer and I rolled into my warm home. Now the Aries driver comes walking in, to get warm I suppose, and maybe expecting a Tip. I told him to get out and leave my property. Besides all that the van was a wreck, seat belt not operative, was tied in knots to shorten it, van was filthy, rickety, noisy bucket of bolts. Need to be Inspected. And license pulled if found company is neglectful.
