Ascendance Trucks Central LLC

Truck has been in body shop since 6/25/26 was quoted three weeks for repair was told would be done on7/17, then 7/22/26 called on 7/23 was told it would be going into pant on 7/27/26 called this morning to see if it went into paint was told that they are still waiting on paint. ( why wasn't paint ordered with parts)

Great service center! On side of road came out instantly and fixed it up!

I’m not recommending that shop… had check engine on for def heating line, went for check up and was siting for two weeks in service, got bill for 14 k , start driving after all fixed and check engine coming back in two hours… got back to the shop and they said I have def heating line issue ( same) , now they say I need spend an other 1k to fixed… they charge almost everything, looks like I have new after treatment system but still having check engine lights on for def heating line…:(

Great Service writers there! Great techs too!

The staff is very friendly and the work is top notch.

Great crew, very accommodating.

Excellent service and professionalism. I service my retired fire engine (used for shows, parades, etc) here and everyone at Midstate is top notch. They really care about the customer and it shows. They don’t just say they can’t do something because they’ve never done it. They learn and grow with you to find a solution.

SIG in service is the MAN. Patrick is you're number 1 2nd option.
