    Terrible customer service, dispatchers not answering. Finally got a hold of a dispatcher and he was SLEEPING on the phone. NEVER will work with, or suggest anyone use this company again.

    Worked there about 6 weeks. Pay was horrible. Average about 350 to 600 per week as owner operator. Dispatchers didnt communicate so no one knew what the #### was going on. The favorites made money.

    I do not know how Roadrunner is at this point in time but I work for them before solo lease officer operator, I had leased my truck directly from Roadrunner my payments were reasonable I had a decent Volvo truck and I always got plenty of miles and it was all drop and hook Freight from terminal to terminal, the only time when I ever sit and was not spending the wheels on the truck heading somewhere was when I was out of time on my log book, after truck payments Fuel and all of the expenses I rarely made under $2,000 a week unless it was a week where I took some home time for 2 or 3 days and then I would still be between 12:00 and $1,500, my dad passed away and I had to turn in the truck because I could not make payments and be off of work for 4 to 6 months to get all of the Affairs in order so I turned in the truck and I was going to go back afterwards but they quit doing solo lease owner operator positions they were only doing leases to teams and I did not have my own tractor to lease on as a solo if they would still do solo lease owner operator I would go back there tomorrow and quit where I'm at but I don't have another person to run team with and I'm not really a team player like that haha I like my privacy my cleanliness and my space, but if I could go back there under the same program same money and everything as 3 years ago I would go tomorrow, if anyone is complaining about not making money or anything with Roadrunner if they still run like they used to then that person is just not following the program because when you're going to the terminal to deliver you need to call a day or a day and a half in advance let them know you're going to be there so that they have another trailer loaded going somewhere else for you to pick up or you will have to wait for them to build a load, , I'm sure there are people who have had nightmares with equipment in their equipment was down or something and that always costs money but that's not necessarily the company's fault I personally never experienced any major breakdowns that I could not fix myself or get fixed quickly so that was never an issue for me but I also don't know if your truck was down if they would at least you a truck so you can keep running or if they have loaner trucks I don't know but my experience with them was excellent and like I say I would go back tomorrow if I can go back under the same program I had before

    You make good money. But they treat you like you need a babysitter. They have inward facing cameras. Which they tell on you all the time they don't treat you like an adult.

    Terrible company to work with the miles are so low and your literally driving in a circle for days with 7+ hours down time of loading and unloading it's completely ridiculous and not worth it. The pay is trash if you get paid ... i didn't get paid so there's that. They charge you for everything and give you trucks with no lights and service due so your stuck without making money. Your basically a security guard for their cargo without pay. Good luck to any poor soul that joins this sh$it show of a company this company didn't pay me for two weeks and they are working with red rooters bad business and bed bugs in there truck with roaches in there trucks never work for this company THEY DONT PAY YOUR CHECK THEY ARE LAIRS

    I loved working for them, in every form communication was great so was the payroll department. So my cks were getting smaller. Had to draw money to eat. But part of my fault.

    I was months away from paying truck off an they terminated my contract after 3yrs. They begin to shorten arrival times which cause you to be late on my behalf, which I took break as required an didn't realize that they were counting it against me for my demise
