Baggett Transportation Company

A year after I left, they said I owed them over $2500. I still had a receipt that said I paid in full. Would not recommend.

5 star company with great staff and dispatchers. This company works with u and home time is exceptional. Even with a down market, settlements have been $2k or better. Great equipment, trucks, loads and options.

“I transported a load for the company, and they fulfilled their agreement by providing quick payment. I’m pleased with the experience.”

Thus far, i am extremely impressed!

Extremely unprofessional experience. We were dispatched on a load where the shipper was not expecting us and refused to load due to product from the first pickup. This caused us to be held over the weekend, forcing our driver to travel miles just to access basic needs and return on Monday. We communicated with the broker (Garrett) and requested fair compensation for the delay. After asking for a manager to be added, Catherine was included in the thread but ignored our emails until pressed. When we stated we wouldn't proceed without proper compensation, she responded by threatening to report the load as stolen — completely inappropriate and unacceptable behavior. I asked for upper management, and despite being told Jared was the person in charge, we were told instead that Catherine (Director of Operations) was the final authority. The management team refused to acknowledge the exceptional circumstances and stuck to a minimal layover rate ($225/day), which doesn’t begin to cover the cost of a weekend-long delay. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and a dismissive attitude toward carrier concerns. Would not recommend working with this company.

One if your drivers just told me you all booked him a load that paid 160.00 a mile for 16miles he said The load was for an O/O but you needed him to cover it so he was paid as an O/O He said he made 23,000 on one load & you all pay half of all O/O fuel every week if I were to lease on with this company & if my truck broke down I would get a free rental truck until my truck was ready. Where do I sign up.😊
