Absolutely love it here. If you've been around, the trucking industry is challenging NO MATTER WHERE YOU GO. What can you hope for? Professionalism! Each department serves its purpose and always responds. If you are a hard worker, they keep you ROLLING. I've never felt forced, that being said, jobs accepted have the expectation of appointments being met ON TIME. If you understand trucking companies are held accountable, you'll understand why they demand the same from you. Proper maintenance of equipment leads to less set backs. Alex has been my one and only dispatch and I've broken records as an O/O I never thought achievable. I'm going on year 3 and don't see a change in the foreseeable future. If you get in the business looking for layups, you'll be unsatisfied no matter where you go.

Highly would not recommend this company to any owner operators and company drivers, they will cheat you out of your hard earned money. Once you leave they will steal all of your escrow ans trailer deposit through made up repairs and expenses. Kaz the recruiter will tell you all types of things in order to recruit you to rent the trailers. Then when you leave they'll keep your escrow and trailer deposit. 2500 escrow and 2000 trailer trailerdeposit. Here's the so called repair bill that was charged to me AFTER I returned the trailer. I was told by Kaz that the trailer was damaged when I returned the trailer. This doesn't look like work for a damaged trailer. By the way they'll try to give you the oldest trailer that they have.
