    The pay just ain't there was promised 1600 -1800 never seen even when I drove 2300 miles a week i tried to give it benefits of the doubt I turn the truck in they kept my last check I wouldn't tell no lie if I was you this company would be the last option it is tbh i could run that company better then who ever is in charge of the wheels

    Upper mangers good load planners average kyle worst dispatcher ever ex trucks talks #### even about family. Equipment was elite truck and trailer. Love the safety lane made other truckers get their equipment fixed. Super low pay your broke all the time.

    My hands got injured at the house and I took a few days off at the doctors orders. While I was off they recovered the truck, and gave it to someone else I had documents that like birth certificates and my dd214 that were left in the truck. When I called up weekend dispatch and asked how I was supposed to get back to work and they kept asking for my truck number, even though they gave my truck to someone else the guy was rude as #### smh. I'm about to jump to a different company Pay frequency is every Friday They use kenworth t680 trucks Weekly miles are around 1200 to 1500 They mostly had me run Starbucks but I also hauled for Bridgestone and jack daniels

    Did not maintain my truck in good condition. Only got paid over $900 once in 7 weeks. Rules are so strict that a driver can not enjoy anytime away from home. They will keep your last two checks if you do not bring the truck back because you wanted to return the truck with out pay just to get a rental car to go home. They will not help you get home after your fired or quit. Even if you stay with the truck till someone from the company takes the key from you they will still put an abandonment on your record. Not a trustworthy company to work for. Out of 21 years Driving for other companies this is the worst. Don't even pay you 45 cents, Dispatcher will yell at you and call you a lier. Maintaince will not believe you when your warning lights come on and go off telling you have a problem. Not a good company, they will make you sleep in the drivers lounge or another truck, they will not put you in a hotel, if your truck is in for repairs and has to stay in the garage. If you read this know this is not a good company. Yes they offer you $50,000.00 after three full years with them, but they make it very hard for you to earn it. Go work for western Express you turn out better.

    The best company ive worked for in my 33 years of driving. Im on a dedicated account and am home 3 days a week and making $1300 average after taxes a week. Great equipment and easy no touch freight.

    I had a doctor's appointment and some tests to get done so I stayed out to get time off to get it done and was going to take 3 to 4 days I got a phone call from Matt and he was fine with it taking a extra day so I went back in to put my stuff in the truck and get ready for dispatch and I found someone else in my truck and getting ready to leave so I asked him to get my stuff out of the truck and he started to say no but he went ahead and let me. Matt ,dispatch, safety, no one had the balls to call me and let me know anything
