    You're going to make 58 cpm over all the only thing is that 4 ¢ is paid total for over 10500 Miles at the end of the month and if you don't screw up and run over stuff or have an accident in any way you'll get the other 4 ¢ at the end of 3 months. 50cpm base with the Miles you can run and their long is worth the trade of 3-500 milers never getting rest and bumping docks everyday! So far so good and if it doesn't work I'll grab my stuff and find another Job because I can get another one in 10 minutes!

    If I could go back in time, as a new driver, I would have selected a different company to begin my career. A medium-sized fleet offering 46 cents per mile seemed promising. However, after a year of employment, it has been challenging to earn more than $900 per week. The miles have been inconsistent, and the driver managers seem ill-equipped, lacking knowledge even of hours of service regulations and sending dispatches without appointments. The overall operation feels disorganized, and the equipment, particularly the trailer tires, suffers from the use of the cheapest recapped tires.
