Black Sea Transportation

WORST COMPANY EVER! Do not trust them with your love ones! Wait over an hour, called the company they were so rude and disrespectful!

This was an unpleasant experience. We had to wait 2.5 hours for a car to take us back to The nursing home. They don’t have enough drivers. Avoid them if possible!

This company’s vehicle drives erratically they bob and swerve through lanes and almost hit people and other cars. I would not recommend this service solely based on the safety of your family members when being transported. When I called to make a complaint about one of there drivers I could hear in the background them saying “just say okay and hang up”. Would give 0 stars.

Amazing compassionate driver took mom to her appoinment yesterday

Joshua did such a great job for my mother today! He made sure not to cause her pain, not to bounce her around in the back of the van...& we got to her appointment 1/2 hour early. He ought to be made CEO of the company!

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by your transportation company. I was thoroughly impressed with your team's performance, and you truly did a great job. The professionalism and efficiency demonstrated by your drivers and staff were remarkable, and I truly appreciate the smooth and reliable experience I had. Thank you once again for your outstanding service.
