Bluegrass Dedicated LLC

Very unprofessional dispatcher. Robert don't no how to dispatch. Miles are terrible. Short runs. Only average 1000 miles a week. Jim the safety director and Neal the recruiter are very helpful when you need something.

Easy pickup

Excellent service. Go check in, bring your pickup number, they'll give you an immediate gate. If your load is ready, go to the dock, move your axles, disconnect the red line, and finally they'll give you your bills for your truck.

I was told drivers will be paid for every practical mile they drive. But unfortunately it's not true they pay zip code to zip code. I had 2 times breakdown. My first breakdown I spent 3:45 minutes they denied paying my detention n said we pay detention for over night. Few days later another breakdown 9:45 minutes spent waiting. Denied paying detention again. I had given em my 2 weeks notice 3 weeks ago. But they way they looked me down and denied all my legit payments I is I believe is wrong. when I dropped their truck to their office at Scotty's way. I was denied the to provide transportation back home. No one would know this what said but definitely would experience when they join them. Good luck drivers n be extra careful with their torn apart equipment and leased trailers.

Golden mile here. It's excellent work. The guys at shipping loaded me 2 hours earlier than expected. Thank you guys.
