Been my home center for years. The staff is great, but the parking situation stinks. Drivers park anywhere and any way they wish. Too many empty tractors and decommissioned trailers taking up valuable space. This conveys to the drivers “you really don’t matter”, in spite of the drivel they spew. They refuse to police it. It’s a really bad look.

If I could give this company a negative star. It will probably be a -45 at this point while they may do great in their safety program on some levels where they dropped the ball at is with maintenance. I have been waiting more than an hour for them to come jump a truck off. A truck they knew was having problems this morning when I picked it up and they said oh just leave it running and don't cut it off till it charges up. Well I got to drop a trailer at the end of the day and here I said also this morning the other trailer the truck the same tractor which is a loaner tractor was dead and it took them more than 30 minutes to come jump start it. I don't know about anyone else but I don't know what these mechanics over here getting paid for Charlotte maintenance. The thing that I will give them a plus on is the woman that cleans the trucks is wonderful and the showers are nice and clean.
