BROWN'S SUPER SERVICE INC

I got charged $350 for an alternator that Napa sells for $188 (parts only). I confronted the manager about it and he had no legit reason for it . They were also dishonest about the cost of a tow (it's not $50 like they claimed) . End result: got charged almost 700 bucks to change an alternator. If you're from out of town I'd suggest anywhere else . I likely would have paid less at the dealer (and that's saying something). Grateful for getting back on the road, but would have preferred not being taken advantage of. UPDATE: The work I had done by these monkeys has failed and I had to pay a local shop $500 to fix the problem AGAIN. Oh and interestingly enough, that $500 includes a Motorcraft alternator... not a NAPA re manufactured piece of garbage. Gives you an idea of how bad they took advantage of an out of towner. The person on the phone got upset and copped an attitude... then hung up on me. Very disrespectful people, very incompetent, very predatory.

Good towing place. Storage is $30 per day. Hours depend on the day. They are pretty friendly and nice people.

My car broke down on the highway, and I was completely stressed but Brown’s Super Service was incredible from start to finish. They were fast, professional, and so kind during a really tough moment. They made the whole situation so much easier. I can’t thank them enough and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

They came within an 30 minutes and got me off the side of the road, drove it to the dealer ship. Quick and a very respectful driver. A good price as well! It was all under a hundred dollars. Would highly recommend getting towed from Brown's.
