    I'm an ex employee & hate what I went through with this company. They are very racist & don't care about company drivers. They work you like a slave & when you leave the company they black ball you from going to another company even though it's minor & not on your clearinghouse. Buy yet wants you to just work for them. The pay & company is really garbage juice. Big turn over on drivers leaving because of white privileged.

    There is no longer anything "elite" about National Carriers. They've always paid on the lower end of the scale, but are pushing to hire more drivers in order the reduce miles paid out to drivers that actually want to run. They also mismanage payroll and lose savings deposits on a fairly regular basis. The maintenance program is designed to empty the pockets of drivers and lease operators alike. Through extended waiting and down time, as well as overcharging and double charging for work already done. They even charge for the wear on tires purchased by the driver. They are no longer interested in driver skills and competency. They would much rather have idiots that depend upon digital signals than knowledge. Trucks are equipped with dangerous features like, Adaptive Cruise Control, Crash Mitigation, side sweep radar, lane departure, and automatic emergency braking, and they cant understand why trucks are getting involved in more and more accidents. Maybe they'll figure it out after a driver gets killed or takes out a school bus full of kids because of the distractions and the loss of driver awareness, but I doubt it.

    These people don't pay what they advertise and they will leave you stranded on the road when your equipment breaks down and will deliberately ignore your phone calls, make fun of you, deflect when you call them out. I quit working for them and when I still had stuff in my truck I asked for a rental car of which they said would help me out with and as soon as I checked out of my hotel to see them they told me they wouldn't get me a rental car and now I'm stuck here in Irving Texas trying to find a way home. Hard to do when you don't have a major credit card. Don't work for these people they will leave you high and dry and make you spend more money than you will earning.

    I got hired as a student in April of this year. I been with the company 4 months now.I don't know Alot about trucking but this company treats u good and u make good money here and they treat u good here. I had 2 trainers the first trainer did an excellent job with me I had to have another trainer because when I was doing my backing test I failed because the seat lost all the air and I couldn't focus but have not had a problem driving or backing since. no tickets accidents or violations. But my 2nd trainer was very unprofessional and rude. And has tickets and violations which doesn't make sense being a trainer. The trucks are well maintained all the equipment is great. The driver manager I have is great he teaches u well and gets you the milage you need to have excellent pay. This company is great to work for they do not bother you or mess with you. I can't really say anything bad about the company except for the local driver they have that does training. He said said trucking wasn't for me but I do everything I'm asking to do and I do it without tickets violations or accidents. I would recommend the company to anyone. They really treat u good here. I told them I needed to go home and they let me so the home Time is good and everything is good. Great for students or anyone.

    Good company for students to get trained and experience, they are nice people and treat you good. Not a company for Long term or experienced drivers. Home time is great. Mechanic shop is excellent. Have good equipment. Pay is horrible, $475 - $625 weekly for company drivers with experience or no experience. U can make a little more money training, $800- $950 weekly.

    Very low pay $525 - $650 weekly .33 cents a mile. New trucks, broke down alot horrible mechanics. Nice dispatchers. 20000 miles a week. Great for student drivers and drivers with accidents, tickets, and violations. Good place to get ur experience so u can move on.

    Worst company I have drove for. Always sitting at truck stops waiting on loads. Terrible dispatchers will lie to you while you are standing in front of them. Stay away. Swift was better than they are if that tells you anything

    I was lied to in my email saying they have refresher driving program. It's false advertising. The recruiter told me go pay for refresher course or go with another company for six months then I can be hired right away.
