    Still not sure, OTR been almost 1year. New 25 freightliner, dispather been great. Short mileage is PROBLEM. Your time is not valued, lots of waiting. Charge you or deduct from pay on out of control mishaps.

    Normally 50% customer freight and 50% brokered loads. Brokered some of the worst docks out there. Equipment average maintenance poor smothering Safety department hit and miss dispatchers. Pay excellent when markets good pay very poor if loads are slow.
