    Once was a good company that I recommended for OOs. There have been some leadership changes and subsequent company changes into just another trucking company that does not value their drivers or trust their employees. Newer policies reflect this attitude. Costs and requirements increased and pay decreased. Massive change in personnel at HQ has left them void of competent staff. Im guessing morale and expectations are low based on the overall attitude and change in culture. Works as long as you have a set route and nothing goes wrong that would require any interaction with dispatch or above. Unfortunately this is not as rare as it used to be. I was contracted with Ceva at the time I started writing this review, but sadly no longer with this company as cannot afford to be here, as of January 2026. (Lack of freight and new "hold/timing" policy did not allow us to complete our weekly dispatch schedule resulting in half weeks and thus half pay.) I'm disappointed with the changes and the lack of care and any effort to make things better for their drivers. They have lost several long-time teams and I can see why. There is no recourse as upper management will just give you the typical canned policy answers and dispatch will just lie and be dismissive. It's very disappointing because I've contracted with this company for several years and it had been a good company and a much better experience. Yes, they had the typical issues then too....and the typical evening and weekend dispatch staff, but overall, the money and operations were good enough to overcome the infrequent negatives. But there has been quite a shift from what they once were and the pay is no longer worth the frustrations. Well, lately, at least with our particular route and new policies affecting our route, it's not even sustainable and thus the reason for our departure. Most staff at the terminals/hubs have been great to work with.

    I've worked here more than 10 years ago. I was a driver for one of their contractors. I know that my review is probably not accurate anymore since my experience is so old but I'll express my opinion any way. I never complained about miles at that time. I drove both solo and team and never stayed idle, but I know others that weren't so happy as I was and I don't know that backstories. My DM at the time preplanned my week in advance. I was 100% drop and hook with them and never wasted time with waiting for loading or unloading, but at one time I spent 4 months on the road without home time.

    I went to work for a OO that what he told me when he gave me the keys. So I went to work for that Foreigner I have nothing against foreigners as long as they pay you for your work anyway come to find out he's a lease operator and you didn't pay me so be careful who you work for.

    dedicated route for Honda parts. nightly run of 400 miles. pay mileage and stop...plus detention. parts mostly loaded into roll cages. 11 hour shift m-f.
