Whoever was pulling trailer #36890 on 55 northbound a minute ago is going to kill someone. Literally inches from mine and other car's bumpers at 70mph, driving like a maniac. If someone had to hit the brakes this guy 100% would have plowed into multiple cars. He should be nowhere near the wheel of a truck.

Inexcusable and dangerous! Driver pulled out across 4 lanes and forced traffic to brake hard and come to a stop to wait for truck to find lane and get up to speed.

Left pallet in the middle of my driveway blocking the sidewalk. Asked me to move my car and when I went to get the keys he just took the paper I signed and left the pallet. This guy was not helpful and extremely rude. Asked him to just leave it right near our garage and planned to give him a tip and he just left. Horrible service

Show up to deliver with no pallet jack to deliver heavy part that is at the front of trailer. Now have to wait even longer.

Very small, no space for a mistake if one is made with the tractor-trailer. Office staff was very nice and helpful.

As a manufacturer, I deal with many different carriers and I can honestly say that Chicago Suburban Express is top on my list when needing prompt service. Been using them for several year now.
