    Low pay for the job, try to work you every possible hour you have on the clock. Poor upkeep of equipment - D.O.T is strict on rock haulers and you can get easily shutdown and gains some impressive tickets that could reck your license. More worried about drive cam events almost everyone in the office on a weekly basis for drivecam events.
