    The good thing is the quick pay. Never see my detention layover nothing. They dont dispatch just have a load board. If you rent their equipment take plenty pics because after you take it your own your own they are going to charge u. Had pieces of tape covering holes on the top of the trailer the glue started failing gt rejected for a load they blamed us for it. Took forever to replace a tire at pick up. They do weird stuff with the numbers so they say they pay you more then you actually get paid if you pay attention i think its the fuel card still figuring that out went from 18% to 23% without notice plus insurance. Was power only now its not without notice. And sometimes they take forever to sign rate cons and get back to u if you dont keep calling and you get AI first

    Fees are ridiculously high, you pay for dispatch but not once will anybody other than you book your load, they do not support the drivers, & they will find a way to take your money once you leave

    They say 18% but will start deducting 25% 30% then theyvplsy stupid "who told you 18% sir?" .. IT WAS ON YOUR ADD AND IN ORIENTATION!!!!!!.. was out 2 weeks straight getting loads over $2 a mile still short $300 for my truck pymnt!! .. they profit off drivers hopes no real discounts on fuel you won't make any money with this company.. any good reviews are made by the company itself not from actual owners ops .. stay away!!!

    ???? TRUCK DRIVERS BEWARE OF CloudTrucks LLC ???? If you're an owner-operator thinking about signing with CloudTrucks… READ THIS FIRST. This company markets itself as a "freedom platform" for drivers - but the reality can be the complete opposite. I was actively working, handling my business, paying for insurance, equipment, and everything required to stay on the road… and then suddenly my ability to BOOK LOADS was cut off. No real explanation. No real safety issue. Just an "account under review." Let that sink in… ???? You carry ALL the financial responsibility ???? But THEY control whether you can make money And here's the part that should concern every driver: I was directly told there were NO safety issues, yet my account was still restricted. That means your income can be affected by internal decisions that have nothing to do with your performance or safety. On top of that, brokers are starting to push back because of how CloudTrucks handles verification and booking through their system. That puts drivers in a bad position before you even negotiate a load. So now you're stuck: Paying truck expenses Paying insurance Paying trailer rental But blocked from earning ???? That's not "freedom" - that's control. And when you try to get help? Good luck getting clear answers or real support. ⚠️ Drivers deserve transparency ⚠️ Drivers deserve control over their own income ⚠️ Drivers deserve to NOT be shut down without cause If you're already with CloudTrucks and dealing with similar issues, SPEAK UP. If you're considering joining - do your homework first.     my detention,layover, and money back for lumper fees never got. You call on a good you can't get because brokers or shippers don't like CT. Load board is garbage

    I thought coming here would help me make money and ii should have longevity. I was mistaken. While they have helped with maintenence and tow how they take their money I'll never payback my debt. They DO NOT cover insurance like most lease on company's. The best thing is quick pay anything else is BS. I have proof

    I had 3 different so called dispatch in the first three weeks with clouds. I get a texts saying im you new dispatch and they don't know anything about the industry. They just tell you about the 24/7 number after they leave for day. The load board is trash.

    This company is having issues with securing loads because brokers will not work with them anymore due to their CSA score. They need to lower their rate down to it at least 8 to 10% for company drivers. Steer very far away from this company. I just left them and now I'm having difficulty getting my escrow money back. Can't get in touch with anyone from off boarding.
