Parts guys are amazing(both Jims)! I come here often for parts and every time I walk out with what I need. I own a glider kit truck so when they can’t find a certain part by the VIN, they have me stop in so they can look at it. After they see the part, they know right away what I need. I recommend these guys! Finally got to try out the service side of the dealership and it was also a 5 star experience. Had a problem with my turn signals and brake light not working. Another shop took a look at it but after few hours they gave up thinking it might be the light module that was bad and they said that is a problem that Peterbilt will be able to assess better. I called the dealership and they informed me that they could take me in the same day after 4 pm. After few hours they called me and said they found couple of wires with corrosion on them and asked for permission to fix them. After fixing the wires the problem was still there. They continued digging and found a plug on the chassis harness that was bad. They eliminated the plug and hard wired the wires. That solved my problem and all my lights were working again 💪 The staff informed that they had a special going on at the moment where all electrical work was 25% off which helped me a lot with my bill since this was a lengthy job and quite a few hours to diagnose. Throughout the whole process the staff was nice and kept me informed about what’s going on with my truck and what the next step would be. As a owner operator I honestly have a built in fear of the dealership and try to avoid them at all costs because they charge much more hourly then smaller shops and at the end bills are huge but this one seems like a good and trustworthy place.
