Broken antique furniture, lied to multiple times during moving, didn't do the full job they were laid for. Couldn't wait for these guys to leave my home

We are a military family and this has not been our first move. We actually used the same company when PCSing from Fayetteville to Clarksville and had a much better experience. Well, we just moved from Clarksville to our next duty station and have been slowly unpacking boxes. I'm absolutely appalled by the lack of care for our things, especially our children's. I've never had this many items damaged in a move before. Things were thrown every which way into boxes, heavy items were placed on top of breakable ones. Some fragile items weren't even wrapped, just thrown in the box! We had so many boxes that were mislabeled or labeled based on literally one item, when there were so many others in the box. It's like they cut corners any which way they could. I was also really unhappy with the professionalism of the women who packed our home. They would stop talking when I entered the room or change their voices to a whisper. One even went and got her coworker to show her how "bad" our closet was, which, I'm sure, I wasn't supposed to hear. Just their attitudes towards packing my home in general were miserable. It's like they didn't want to be there, genuinely didn't care, and were super judgemental. 10/10 would not recommend. Save yourself the heartache and hire a different company.

Edit: They sent someone out to “repair” the hole. The next day, the repairs were cracking. They’re refusing to send someone out to repair it prior to my lease ending. This company cuts corners on moving, customer service, and repairs. They don’t care about you. They only want a check from the Government. If you’re a service member, or anyone considering using this company, and they’ve been assigned to handle your transportation needs, request a different company. I ran into serious issues with the movers falsifying documents, which I had to annotate myself, along with damage they caused in the home. Several high value items, including home theater speakers and a gaming system, were also left off the inventory and had to be added by me. After that, the movers tried calling their manager or supervisor, Beverly, who then threatened to remove all of my belongings from the truck and told me I would have to figure out the move on my own if I refused to sign documents that had been falsified.

On 81 South. 4:35 pm on 7/17 mile marker 51.4. Your truck driver is driving crazy! It is pouring rain. He is going 70 mph. Cutting off other drivers when changing lanes. You need to educate your driver on safe driving skills.
