    Great company to work for if you like getting home weekly and running the SE and Midwest. I usually get home before midnight on Fridays. Been here a year and gotten home on Saturdays a hand full of times. Dispatch is fair and transparent. Never worked for percentage but recruiter and operations explained how it works. One day orientation goes by quickly.

    They pay a percentage which means no deadhead miles any the typical " we don't pay dock time until 2 hrs". With this said, you will donate 8-12 hrs a week of your time! Dispatch has no problem with 3 hr deadheads!

    I worked for Deep South for 3 years. Great company and people. I had to retire for medical reasons. I would still be driving for them if I was healthy.

    I was forced to bring the truck back after I put in 2 week notice I asked about my vacation they told me they wasn't gone pay it so I didn't take the truck back they recovered it out my yard so the next week I got a check stub with my vacation pay on it they took my vacation check it took out a recovery fee dirty company I'll never apply to work there again to many miles for small pay and hard for them to find you loads

    Thief people snd disrespect full staff. Booked a load with them. Send 2 trucks for pickup then refused to pay TONU and start cursing

    Great people. They treat you like family. I run the South East region. Home every weekend. They pay 25% of the load. All trucks are automatic.
