    Worked for Dewitt transportation and was told a W-2 position, they then sent me t W-2 and said it's a #1099 position, so I reported to the IRS they will not comply or send me the correct paperwork.

    DeWitt transportation is a great small company to work for where you're not a number. You're actually a person who is recognized for how you are as a driver and as a family person. They treat you with kindness and respect. And if you're a driver who's willing to work hard, you can make excellent money here if you have good communication skills. Good driving skills and you have a desire to work then you'll do well here.

    This is not your average trucking company. You're not just a number. I regularly call and talk with the owner (Tim DeWitt) sometimes for an hour or more at a time. Tim cares about his driver's and their family's. He's extremely down to earth. The office staff are super cool. You have a Guaranteed weekly pay rate with bonuses which takes the financial instability out of the equation for us driver's. I have a sense of pride working for this company and there is camaraderie amongst the drivers. It's a little family. If I'm OTR, this is the only place I want to work.

    Good home time. Small enough Fleet you don't, become just a number. Pay on time every week. Direct deposit. 2500+ miles most time its food some sitting but, paid salary so it does not affect pay. Reefer loads. Nice equipment.
