    Scumbled Crossing extremely inconsiderate driver of this company today. Truck number 230. He believes the middle lane is a traveling and not a passing lane. Doing below the speed limit screwing up traffic. Semi’s had to pass him on his right hand side because we’re not allowed in the left-hand lane.
