Truck drivers, owner-operators stay away from this company they will take your money, and they are a foreign company that you barely can understand so if you have a complaint they will play dumb, and then you get your check and there's no money if they even give you one, and they do not have good runs for you to make money with them anyway so stay away you've been warned

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Dolche Truckload Corp recently was disappointing. I had to deal with one of their maintenance employees (ext. 102), and honestly, he was super rude and even insulting. I was just trying to get some help as a driver, so I really didn’t expect to be treated like that. It left a bad taste in my mouth and made me question how they treat their drivers overall. Hopefully, the company looks into how their team interacts with drivers because basic respect and professionalism shouldn’t be too much to ask.

I have been working for Dolche for almost 7 years now. In trucking, if a company is not good, drivers don't stay long. The reason I stay is because they treat drivers with respect and always try to help when there is a problem. Dispatch is professional and communication is good. Miles are steady and equipment is well maintained. Of course, like every trucking company, there are busy times and stressful days, but management listens and works with drivers instead of against them. After almost 7 years, I can honestly say Dolche has been a stable place to work and support my family. If you are looking for a company that values drivers and keeps its word, I would recommend Dolche Truckload.

Very good company, cares about the driver, has new equipment, and trucks, with their own service. Very good system for scales and Log books, easy, and good dispatches!!! Anyone interested in working with them will be very satisfied!!!
