Amazing broker, had a tiny issue on a load with them, they handled it promptly. I wish more brokers are like this, they are actually resolving problems that you might have with shipper/receiver instead of generic "we're working on it" response. Huge thumbs up for Corey!!!!! You guys rock!

Loaded my shipment wrong thier pallet jack wouldn't work had to help driver drag it to get it to the back of the truck to unload it

They will hit you with bogus charges after delivery. For instance, they claimed we are limited access and that we did not have a forklift or dock on site to unload. We have tractor trailers coming in to our location daily, with enough room that they would not even need to back up and could make a loop right back onto the road. We unloaded the pallet with a forklift, we do have a dock, but its quicker to unload straight off the back of trucks if its only 1 or 2 pallets

Very disappointed in their claims process. Product was received damaged in leaking through bags, and since it was "under the shrinkwrap" they declined to cover the damages. Not a company we will use in the future.

A driver that delivered items off to us was condescending and rude throughout the dropping off of the product. Quality control for drivers is an issue with them.
