    I worked for them for almost a year. I saw a little bit of everything from them having including them having to change their company name from aki logistics to dsm carrier. Simply for the fact their shady behavior ran the other incorporation into the ground . They fired me and said that me parking their truck on their yard was considered abandoned. The dispatchers are horribly trained that escrow is never going to be refunded. That garbage contract that looks like a 7th grader wrote it is only there to screw over driver.....     These are some of the most unprofessional and dishonest people I've ever dealt with. I truly wish I had researched this company before flying out to work for them. From the start, they withheld my pay, took my escrow, and added questionable "late fees" that felt completely fabricated-anything they could do to take money from me.They repeatedly told me I'd be paid "next week" for work that should have been paid that same week. Before I went home, I gave them two weeks' notice, which they agreed to. After that, I called and texted multiple times trying to confirm when I'd return to work, but they completely ignored me. This was after they promised my belongings would be safe.They are now holding over $4,000 worth of my personal property, including my trucking GPS, spare phones, Apple Watch, and most importantly my sleep apnea machine-which I rely on for my health and cannot afford to replace. This situation has put me in a very serious position.I made it clear to them that I was already struggling financially, and instead of working with me, they made things worse. Their actions show a complete lack of integrity and basic human decency.i strongly advise anyone considering working with this company to stay away. If anyone wants proof, I have all communication documented-texts, calls, and videos-and I'm willing to share them. Based on my experience, this company operates in a deceptive and predatory way, similar to other cases that have been reported publicly.

    gave me a broken down truck that was 12 years old to begin with on day 1. they never fixed the problems with it and they refuse to pay me out for the 7 loads that i delivered. they than "fired me" a few days after i submitted my 2 week notice and claimed that i abandoned the truck, when the maintenance guy told me to bring the truck to the terminal (where i brought it) and said that he was putting me in a new truck. they than "terminated" me 2 days later, with no truck, no repairs and tried to leave me in Illinois without sending me back to my HOR. they dont even use real ELD devices, they have you download an ELD application on your phone and half the time it doesnt work. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
