Brokered a load from these guys with one rep, then had a different rep come back weeks later stating they would deduct $1800 from my load. After getting nowhere with this person, I requested a Supervisor. Its been 2 weeks and I still have been unable to get a Supervisor to discuss the issue. Is this how US Xpress operates? Ive had great experiences with this company in the past, but it appears they are wanting to go in a different direction.

This Driver needs to be fired immediately. He almost missed his exit for I 95 north in Jacksonville Florida so he decided to just merge it to my lane forcing me to slam on my brakes , And nearly making me hit the wall To avoid the collision. I have the whole incident on my dash cam. Afterwards, I got next to him to take a picture of his truck and he was laughing it off like nothing happened and also stuck the middle finger up at me. I will attach the pictures of this guy . This is what’s wrong with the transportation industry now. Companies will just hire anybody to pull their freight. This driver needs to be terminated immediately.
