They use your truck as a storage until another truck which is head to Mexico will arrive, then they’ll start unload you. I check in at 8 am, but still waiting, it’s already 12 pm. God knows, when they unload me?

You have to fight like hell to unload here. Checked in shortly after 8 AM waited until almost 6 PM, got called to come back the next morning even though they promised they will stay and unload after hours. The next morning, their unloading crew tried to tell me to leave and reverse into the street 2 lane road from entrance and comeback maybe 9 AM because they got priority to be somewhere else. I remained at entrance waiting for the same gentleman that told me I will be next in line first thing in the AM, he kept his promise on that so for that the get a star, he did not keep it about unloading same day though. Good luck to you all coming here. They had to use a guy who is not trained to unload, and it is very limited space they prioritize their trucks and trailers first to make room and maybe forward freight that's been sitting before yours. You can inquire and see the process yourself.

Please give your guys some coffee as they feel sleepy all the time . It took them years to unload simple load and let drivers to wait for hours and hours . I came early in the morning and i was the second one who checked in yet i waited whole day to get unloaded.

Great service they’re always some point customer service is great people that work there they treat you as a family
