    FC says they are family oriented. but they are not. The mighty dollar gets involved and the driver is nothing to them. There is a dispatcher named SOUP {his parents hate him} cant get anything right. andrew will lie to save a dollar, the whole company is about them selves and not the driver. they dont pay dead head miles, forward facing cameras, crappy equipment. Stay away!!!!!

    I am one of the newer owner ops! It took a minute to figure things out, along with the planners way of doing things, but I do good. I have not had the bad experiences that are written in some of the other posts. I am not at odds with any of the company guys, but for the most part, the ones I have met, seem to be okay, and one in particular, who has been here about 20 years, gave me a lot of good advice and insight into the how things work. I don't hang out in the office, unless I have something to say to safety when on the yard. I have never been asked to unload or assist, but I volunteer at many places. Only once have i needed or qualified for detention. I have been here since March or April, I don't remember, but I get my miles, I'm home every weekend, and usually more than a 34 hrs. I don't exactly understand the negative in some of the reviews, nor can I verify what happened to anyone else! I stay in my lane, and do my job. I am in no competition with any other truck here, but I do believe the company trucks will always come first! As far as the owner, I talked to her a few years ago on the phone during Covid, she seems nice, but I have seen her at the office many times, and she has never even asked my name and I'm okay with that! I'm not looking for attention, so who I am, doesn't matter. If you mind your business, learn the system, you will do good here!

    I just moved over to first choice man let me tell you from the application process to you first load for them all the office staff including owner Carla who is very well involved she takes time to speak to you the safety guy Andrew is awesome very knowledgeable and tells you a lot of information and is not afraid to answer any questions the dispatchers are on it you will not wait for a load there trails and trailers are very nice and taken care off myself drives a 2024 Volvo vln great shape

    Ive been here for few years. Thank you driver, whoever posted Aug 29th 2024 im not really good at wordin things like you. you said it best but you forgot to say how long you have to sit and wait getting reloaded. They like to keep owner ops at odds with company drivers, game they play to keep drivers from looking at our pay stubs and the shenangins they pull. they wont pay detention on few of thier deliveries and reloads. which to me is a big deal when your stuck and they waste your hours and no place to park. the one thing i did like is they dont charge you any fee for your pet to ride along. No animal fees, but i know some drivers got pretty upset having to get trucks that werent clean.

    Great company to drive for. Home weekly, competitive pay, consistent lanes. The driver managers have relationships with drivers. They really do care about each and driver and their success. The ones that don't make it here have no desire to work hard and take ownership of their careers. I would still drive for them if I was able. Check them out!

    This is hands down the best trucking company that I have ever worked for. They keep you running, they pay decent and they get you home every week for a 34 hour reset. Not every 2 weeks, every week. Their equipment is just as good as anyone else's. All of the trucks that I have driven for them were less than two years old and came with an inverter, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The people in the office are polite, respectful, and they know your name. If you ever have any problems you can always call and they will answer and help you. In additional to that, it's all 53' dry van loads, easy peasy.
