    I've had a great experience working with Bale at Go Neal Logistics, inc. . Bale is professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He follows through on his commitments, keeps you informed, and works hard to make sure everything runs smoothly from pickup to delivery. It's refreshing to work with someone who values honesty, reliability, and strong relationships.     I recently had a load that went completely sideways — but Go Neal Logistics stepped in and turned a mess into a success. It started when the shipping warehouse loaded the trailer overweight, forcing the driver to backtrack 75 miles to correct the issue. Then, upon arrival at the delivery destination, we discovered that the pallets were loaded in such a way that a pallet jack couldn’t even access them. That’s when Go Neal went above and beyond. They brought the load 30 miles down the road to a different warehouse, completely offloaded and reloaded the freight properly, and ensured the delivery was completed — all without missing a beat. Even more impressive: they kept me informed every step of the way. I never had to wonder where the driver was or whether the load would deliver on time, which meant I could confidently update my customer throughout the process. If I could give them 10 stars for this load, I would. Thank you, Go Neal Logistics Inc, for making a difficult situation look easy.

    I wanted to give a shout out to Igor! He booked a load that I absolutely needed to go smoothly and it did. He was great to work with, and gave me accurate updates every time I check in (which was a lot).
