This company is a joke if you want them to steal money from you and give you made up rate confirmations this is the right place for you. I worked with them 3 years and they did me absolutely dirty.

Lies, theft, cheat you out of money, false rate cons, take money from you when dispatch gives you a load your already late for, dispatch will force you to run oversize with wrong permit info, or no escorts, when required by permit, no stobe lights on trucks or trailers, rate cons that have been altered, don't blow a tire, you will pay for it, get an OOS because of dispatch forcing you to do illegal loads, you pay 1k plus ticket cost, any OOS is 1k out of your pocket. This is a culture of stealing from the drivers, blaming the drivers, of 90% of the issues are derived from dispatch, so if your not from Ukraine, Moldova, etc. Don't expect to prosper at this company. Bottom line, if you don't like to be lied to , stolen from, or cheated out of your hard earned money, DONT WORK HERE

Horrible unethical people. Foreign scum. They dont care about laws and they dont pay taxes or pay yours. The owner spends more time on tiktok than he does on his business. They spend your hard earned money like water on their luxury lifestyles. They might was well just say they are in the mob to your face.

I've been working as a driver at this company for about two years, and I'm really happy here. The management is great-professional, supportive, and easy to communicate with. It's a smaller company, which means they genuinely care about their drivers and treat us like family, not just numbers. They always make sure we're taken care of, and I appreciate the respect and understanding they show. If you're looking for a company that values its employees, this is the place to be!"

I've been working here as a driver for 3 years, and overall, it's been a great experience. The company truly values its drivers, offering consistent work, fair pay, and opportunities for growth. The equipment is well-maintained, and safety is a top priority, which makes me feel secure on the road. Dispatchers and management are approachable and responsive, creating a professional yet friendly atmosphere. While no job is perfect, the communication and scheduling could improve a bit during busy periods, but it's clear the company is always working to address any issues. I appreciate being part of a team that treats its drivers with respect and ensures we have what we need to succeed. Highly recommend this company to other drivers looking for a reliable and supportive employer!

I worked for Golden Way for 3 years, and overall, it was a very positive experience. The pay was competitive, and I had a steady flow of miles, which helped me maintain a good income. The trucks were in good condition, and I always felt safe on the road. My only real complaint was that sometimes schedules were a bit unpredictable, which made planning personal time a little tricky. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this company to any driver.
