    While a nice place, there is very much room for improvement.Safety is over killed, and still there are issues. Hard to reach departments when you need them. No voice mail. Constantly bugging about fuel and assignments. This is trucking, not High School. Owners ? Never really meet. Sadly I decided to move on.

    I went from dry van to refer for more money per mile but now I'm sitting more than driving been out a week and only 1200 miles where as a van driver i was averaging 2300 to 2800 miles per week

    I was employed there for over 20 years, I was always hoping thing would get better but I was wrong , Halvorlines isn't the worst Company to work for ? But certainly is not the best... They're Equipment is nice , but Honestly it's to many Chiefs and not enough Braves..

    I was stupid , I stayed at Halvorlines for over 18 years, Halvorlines bought Timbline Express in 2008 ? I came over with the Buy out.. I kept thinking it'd get better. It didn't, I became more and more Disappointed the longer I stayed , there's alot of Empty Miles traveled ?but the Trucks only do 65 full out.. Well because I went over the Fog line going from Grand Rapid Mn. to International Falls Mn. ? With an Empty Trailer do a drop and Hook ? On Monday the 29th i was given an Option to Resign or Else , I didn't resign.. I don't actually think they have much Fraight , but even though I was kinda sad ? I was relieved at the same time...
