Hazel's Hotshot INC

We just used Hazels to hotshot a critical order from Texas to Mississippi. Deanna and Rob in the service department made it happen flawlessly. Excellent communication and execution. They got our order there on time and on budget. Thanks Hazels team for being good at what you do.

We had an emergency delivery from our distributor to the location a few miles away but on a Friday afternoon. Scott was very helpful and got us lined out quickly. I'd give more than four stars if the driver who was told to meet us around back followed the instructions. Instead he pulled up and disappeared somewhere in the building.....Time was of the essence and the fork driver at the location was about to leave. I've used them for years now. Still our "go to" when we need deliveries.

Hazel's did a great job! Their employees are phenomenal. We had a small Billing issue at the end, but an unsolicited personal phone call from the GM afterwards solved everything!!

Have used Hazel’s twice in the last year and they’ve failed both times. Scheduling early morning pickups that turn into no shows and not communicating anything about it. They once were dependable.

Horrible company to contract with.
