    Never worked for a place that the lead tech comes in 20-30 mins late everyday and nothing is said. Branch manger yells about safety glasses but never wears any through the shop and smokes right outside doors of food base cargo tankers.

    If.l could give Heniff a 0 l would. They do not care about their drivers at all. They screw them them and the office people anyway they can. They lie,cheat and screw you anyway they can. They don't give two craps about you. It's all about what money they can make. They do not defend employees at all. If your using them for your products, run. They screw you like their employees.

    I have been here just over a year, I was hired on for a dedicated account. The pay was ok, but it was steady work. Heniff lost the account and it has gone steadily to crap. They aren't getting me loads and when they do they don't tell me what it pays and I never see a settlement. I have gotten one load a week since they lost the account. This week I have been sitting in a yard hours from my house with no work at all. I keep getting excuses and no work. They made me promises about having all this work don't worry about it and now I am screwed. Single income family, this isn't good. I have used up my savings and pto to bring money in. They lied, they dont have work and they aren't putting the equipment that is needed on my truck to get more loads.

    I was hired at Henniff Transportation last year, 06/01/2025, I was not satisfied. The pay sucks and I do not recommend this employer for experienced drivers. You will not get paid for your experience. The dispatchers show favorism to the drivers whom they like and if it is known that you are aware of what is going on they will not pay you for all of the loads that you deliver. Drivers drive long milage and are not compensated for their time. Management is very dishonest, as a snake in the grass. So, please, be careful with this company. You will lose more than you will gain.
