    This location is fast and quick. It is hard to believe that the same people work here and at the old location. I stood there at the old location every time up to a few hours to check in. Here at a new location is 1.2.3 your check-in and go. Good job 👏 …

    These people are mechanics at the Union Pacific in Dupo, IL and they are horrible. They just sit in there work trucks while you wait to be helped. Don't acknowledge you or help you for as long as they want currently waiting for 30 minutes and he is right next to me.

    Pull in. Check in. Get directions. At first they didn't wanna load me with the 20 foot containers but ended up loading me and ended up being pretty nice. Lots and lots of pot holes tho
