TruckersReport Review

Been with jrv for a while now and so far they have been solid. No company is perfect trucking is trucking but they dont hide rate cons form you and you work with honest people. Brokers like us you can get good loads with big brokerages. Their dispatchers been good when you communicate and want to run. If you sit around complain and don't take loads that's on you. But if you stay moving you do great here. All in I can say is good for drivers that can handle the loads independently without holding hands. This ain't one of them companies promising you the world then dodging calls. You can get answers, but you also gotta handle your business like an owner operator. Hope this helps

Great carrier to use. I been in transportation as a broker for over 8 years. They are a top 3 carrier. Great replies in chats, emails, tracking and updates. Love working with Diana and the whole team!

Worked with Scott on a load, got the job done on time. Him and driver were very detail-oriented and followed instructions perfectly. Good communication as well - Looking forward to working together again in the future.

PCI Filtration Services has had the pleasure of working with JRV Logistics through one of our suppliers, and we can confidently say their drivers exemplify professionalism and safety. William and Donavan recently delivered a load to our facility, which has a very tight dock configuration that requires careful maneuvering. They handled the delivery with patience, focus, and a strong emphasis on safety. Communication was clear, and he worked collaboratively with our team to ensure everything was positioned and unloaded properly. We’d also like to congratulate Donavan on being named JRV Logistics’ 2024 Driver of the Year. That recognition speaks volumes about the caliber of professionals JRV has on their team. — PCI Filtration Services St. Louis, MO

Excellent company for owner ops to grow and be successful either on their own with a great support and backing with self dispatch side or you can choose to let one of the very experienced dispatchers handle the bookings for you. Either way you choose the overall feel is Excellent as your treated like a partner and professional. From the owner to safety and all in between everything is very transparent and handled quickly and they treat you as a professional with the upmost respect. I would not hesitate to ever return to this company if the day comes and I go back on the road. I couldn't ask for a better support system having my back while am free to handle what I do best on my end.
