I just completed a purchase of a used Kenworth T680 from Kevin Crass at JX Enterprises in Waukesha. Kevin is a true professional that treated me with respect throughout the buying process. He was extremely responsive and listened to what was important to me, and I truly felt as though he was more of a consultant than a salesperson. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and I highly recommend JX Enterprises for your trucking needs.

I feel bad for the Mechanics and service Advisors and Parts guys that work for JX. I have had nothing but issues with corporate and their Leasing department after we had a truck go down also their lease truck billing lady is so unprofessional the way she handles situations. I have bought 2 brand new trucks from them and a used truck in the past year and I would never buy something from them ever again. Peterbilt in its self is a train wreck with their poor customer service and then you add in a dealership that doesn’t give a crap about the customers except for service team they seem to be the only ones that care. The leasing department doesn’t take accountability for their wrong doings and then blames the customer when it was their mistake to begin with easy out for a dealership. Place is a joke. Save yourself the trouble there is a lot of better dealerships to deal with.

Working with JXF for over 10 years, and never had an issue. Great people to do business with!

Very long hold times for parts support coupled with blaring hold music makes it the worst place to try and get parts.
