I been doing business with KC Pallets as my pallet buyer, and they've been great to work with. Their communication is excellent, they're reliable, and they offer competitive pricing. As a logistics professional managing high-demand operations in the Chicagoland area, I’ve vetted countless pallet suppliers over the last two decades. KC Pallets stands out as the most dependable and cost effective provider in the industry. Their exceptional customer support and consistent commitment to meeting our business needs make them an invaluable long-term partner.

Picked up a delivery from kC Pallets. Pallets are good quality and employees loaded me up and gave me good service. They are accurate in their time and appointments. Thank you for your time and excellent service for me.

We had three trucks full of lumber and there were 3 forklifts drivers unloading a truck one by one and never seen that many forklifts drivers unloading a truck and tons of space if your a dryvan but as a flatbed driver love this place

Always responsive and fast turnaround. Have consistently met our demand and always deliver. Have got us out of a pinch when we have ran out of pallets.

Phenomenal work and always providing quality pallets to our everyday needs! Always delivering on time!!

I would give 1 star if I could. This driver in truck number 1. USDOT 4452680 banged on my door screaming at me and was extremely rude. He swore at me and continuously honked his horn demanding that I would move out of the dock I was assigned to. He needs to be fired immediately and you all need to find drivers that aligns with your company values.

No matter how many times we have told them to stop calling or emailing us they never listen. We would NEVER do business with a company that constantly spams or email and phone system.

I had an excellent experience working with KC Pallets and couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and genuinely easy to work with. They took the time to answer my questions, made the process smooth, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. One thing that really stood out was their reliability. The delivery was right on time, exactly as promised, which made a huge difference for my schedule and planning. It’s not always easy to find companies that follow through so consistently, but KC Pallets definitely delivered on their word. The quality of the pallets was also top-notch—everything arrived in great condition and met all expectations. You can tell they take pride in their work and care about providing a dependable product. Overall, I highly recommend KC Pallets to anyone in need of quality pallets and trustworthy service. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values professionalism, punctuality, and customer satisfaction.
